Service Description
2hrs Gymnastics skills and tumbling. Use of all apparatus. Able to enter local and in house competitions and displays. TERM 2 15th April - 29th July All fees include 3% admin charge. New Members will need Insurance, £45 per member. This will be invoiced to you once you have booked your class. Insurance renews every October and collected in Term 3 (Sept - Dec).
Cancellation Policy
Booking * All classes must be booked in advance through the GStars Academy booking system. * Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. * A free trial session is available before joining. Please contact the club by email to arrange a trial. Payments * Most classes are paid via a continuous monthly payment plan to secure your child's place throughout the year. * Monthly payments continue until cancellation notice is received. * Cash payments are not accepted for monthly payment plan classes. * If you wish to pay for an entire term in advance, please contact the club directly for payment options and pricing. Cancellation * For classes on a monthly payment plan, a minimum of six weeks' written notice is required to cancel your child's place. * Payments remain due during the notice period. * This allows us to manage class numbers and maintain continuity within our programmes. Attendance * Gymnasts should arrive on time and be collected promptly at the end of their session. * Missed classes due to illness, holidays, or personal commitments are not refundable. Safety & Conduct * All gymnasts must follow coaches' instructions and club safety rules. * GStars Academy reserves the right to refuse participation or cancel membership for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour. Data Protection * Personal information is used only for club administration, insurance, safeguarding, and communication purposes in accordance with GDPR regulations. Policy Updates * GStars Academy reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or published on our website.
