Our dance team will be performing some Our dance team will be performing some group dances and competing against each other in solo, duet and trio categories. Each category will be split into age groups and will be judged by an independent panel. There will be 1 winner and 1 runner up per category.

About the event

This years dance competition will take place at Chestnut grove in Balham.
Competitors to arrive at 10am for practice, Parents welcome back at 11.15 to watch.
In this competition we will have
Solo, duos, trips, feature dances, small groups and large groups competing.
⁃ Please arrive in G Stars uniform
(all black they do not own uniform)
⁃ The squad dance leotard to be worn
(black leotard if you do not have the dance squad leo)
⁃ All performers will need to bring a school themed costume, white shirt and skirt(their own school uniform is fine!)
⁃ Secondly either a dressing gown, onesie, night dress or something in this theme
⁃ Lastly the girls will have their own solo, duo and trio dances. We will inform you individually of costumes/props for these performances.
⁃ Hair must be nearly in a half up half down style for this comp please bring extra hair bands for other styles in different routines.
All spectators must purchase a spectators ticket via our website prior to the event.
On the door price will be £10
Snacks and uniform will also be available to purchase upon arrival.
Please be advised spectators arriving after 11.30 will be refused entry as the entry door is on the stage.
Just a reminder we don’t not permit photos or filming of events due to safeguarding.
